Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of HoodMarket, including the website, marketplace features, launch tools, minting tools, collection management tools, and related services.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using HoodMarket, you agree to these Terms of Service and any product rules shown in the app. If you do not agree, do not use HoodMarket.
2. The service
HoodMarket provides marketplace, discovery, launch, minting, listing, offer, and collection management tools for NFTs and related assets on supported blockchains. Some features depend on wallets, RPC providers, indexers, marketplaces, storage providers, smart contracts, and other third-party services.
3. Wallets and account control
You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, signatures, approvals, connected accounts, and devices. HoodMarket will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Any action signed by your wallet is treated as authorized by you.
4. Blockchain transactions
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed, rejected, reverted, or permanently recorded on-chain. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details, prices, fees, royalties, recipient addresses, mint stages, allowlists, approvals, and wallet prompts before confirming.
5. Creator content and collection data
If you create, upload, edit, or publish collection content, NFT media, metadata, traits, names, symbols, descriptions, links, allowlists, or other materials, you represent that you have all rights needed to do so and that the content does not violate law or third-party rights.
6. License to operate the service
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant HoodMarket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, index, cache, transmit, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not use HoodMarket to violate law, infringe intellectual property, mislead users, impersonate others, distribute malware, manipulate markets, evade sanctions, facilitate fraud, upload harmful or illegal content, interfere with the service, scrape at abusive rates, or bypass access controls.
8. Fees, royalties, and payments
Marketplace fees, primary mint splits, creator royalties, gas fees, protocol fees, and third-party fees may apply. Fee and royalty support may vary by marketplace, contract, chain, and configuration. You are responsible for all taxes and costs arising from your transactions.
9. Market data and third-party information
Prices, token tickers, collection statistics, rankings, floor prices, volume, activity, and other market data may be provided by third parties or derived from public blockchain data. This information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
10. No custody and no investment advice
HoodMarket does not custody your assets and does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You decide whether to buy, sell, mint, list, offer, hold, or transfer any asset, and you accept the risks of those decisions.
11. Intellectual property
The HoodMarket name, interface, designs, software, branding, and related materials are owned by HoodMarket or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or reuse them except as allowed by law or with written permission.
12. Content removal and feature restrictions
HoodMarket may hide, remove, restrict, or disable access to content, collections, listings, accounts, or features if we believe they violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, harm users, or interfere with the service.
13. Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or stop at any time. Features may be added, removed, limited, or modified, including support for chains, marketplaces, contracts, APIs, collection tools, and token data.
14. Disclaimers
HoodMarket is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoodMarket disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoodMarket will not be liable for lost profits, lost assets, lost data, failed transactions, market losses, indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses caused by third parties, smart contracts, wallets, chains, or user error.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify HoodMarket from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. No affiliation
HoodMarket is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc., OpenSea, DexScreener, or any third-party service unless expressly stated in writing.
18. Updates to these Terms
HoodMarket may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
